BSES serves as an independent third-party escrow agent in business transactions/sales, real estate transactions/sales and surrogacy birth journeys. BSES’ primary role is to protect the interests of all parties involved in the escrow agreement and in doing so BSES removes uncertainty by ensuring that neither party is favored. BSES’ accounting software provides transparency to the parties involved so that prompt accurate disbursements are visible to the parties. Questions or issues of payment are handled by the third-party escrow agent, BSES.
